Hi Everybody,
This is Leo Liu, a Chinese man interested in sourcing and QC.
I was born in China and am working in China, maily in Shandong, north China, and usually took some business travels to South China because some suppliers are located there.
My purpose is very clear and simple to attend this forum, just as I said to Mr. Hanke. I want to give you some advices or suggestions from a Chinese side, and can give you some explanations about the your confusions in culture conflict or other conflicts.
Now I am working in a foreign invested company as sourcing supervisor, also take the responsibility of supplier quality. Wish everybody in this forum can truly share the truly experience, and also can share the questions you have, then others can help you, also can enjoy the helping process.
